Garbage disposal attached to the kitchen sink. Central heat and air via Nest thermostat. Note: A large truck / SUV will be difficult to park. Also, the pictures are from when I was there in 2019 so current furniture is different. I'm valuing the parking spot at $250 a month since it's right there and there are no parking lots / garages in the area. That is not an additional fee, parking is included in the monthly rent. Place will get a deep cleaning, touch up painting, carpet shampooing, bathroom re-caulk before move in. I'm the owner and I'm not a land baron so I'm pretty responsive and take care of the place.
