We are looking for a quiet, respectful tenant for a small one bedroom/one bathroom apartment on the second floor of an 1890s Victorian Home in Southeast Pittsfield with a second floor front porch. Centrally located near downtown in a charming neighborhood with sidewalks (walk to library, North Street, etc). Hardwood floors and linoleum. Clawfoot tub with shower in bathroom. There are two other apartments in the house, both with quiet tenants who are home during the day and require the peaceful, restful environment that we strive to maintain. We also like to keep it quiet at night so that everyone gets a good night's rest. So if you are a night owl who likes to play loud music at midnight, this is not for you. There is off-street parking for one car, and an occasional visitor. Tenants are responsible for heat and hot water, electrical, gas and cable/internet. Owner is responsible for lawn care, trash collection, water and sewer. This is a strict non-smoking property (inside or outside). No pets/animals (for health protection of existing tenants). All applicants must go through an application, credit, background and financial evaluations. No criminal history or evictions. Month-month rental with first and last required. Monthly net income required is 3x the rent ($1,000.00 x 3 = $3,000.00). All inquiries must be submitted via Zillow messenger (please no calls). Thank you. Owner pays for water/sewer, trash collection, snow removal, and lawn care. Tenant pays for gas for cooking and heating, electricity, and cable/internet.
