    This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single story home is just what you are seeking. When location matters, this is the place for you. I am the owner of the house and really love this home. However, when I got married, my husband and I decided to move into his home together. We now live just a few minutes from this home and will be the direct landlords, so you won't have to deal with an unresponsive or lazy property manager. We will be quick to respond to any needs or concerns. If you have ever rented in the past, you know how valuable it is to have the home owner close by. We are also very stable in our finances and will be keeping this home indefinitely. So you need not worry about a foreclosure or having this house sold out from underneath you, two major occurrences plaguing many other homes in Las Vegas/Henderson area these days. We will not run credit, and believe in second chances, but we are seeking a responsible family or group of friends interested in renting for at least 1 year, with preference given to those who are interested in longer terms.
