Private room for rent and house shared. House fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped. It's me and my two dogs who already live here. I work in healthcare and I do side gigs. I work a lot and I'm pretty outgoing and respectful. I keep my house clean and respectable and I expect the same of a roommate. Everything works great, the Internet is super fast. All utilities included in rent. Must be dog friendly, keep shared spaces clean, be pleasant, responsible, no guests over without pre approval and if you break it you buy it. Nothing is broken or dysfunctional. There will be a contract on paper I'll have the renter sign it's pretty basic.
