The living room space easily fits a sofa, shelving, coffee table, entertainment center. Bedroom comfortably fits a queen sized bed, with room for side tables and/or a dresser, plus there is a spacious closet alcove for additional clothing and storage. There is a smaller bonus room that is perfect for office use - and technically it can fit a twin sized bed and be used as another bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with large fridge, oven, dishwasher. This unit is the only one in the building that includes an outdoor space! There is a deck at the top of the stairs leading to the entrance of the apartment that has room for patio furniture and a grill and/or bike storage. Washer/dryer in the building and is pretty much always available. You can't beat the location! There are lots of restaurants, coffee houses, shops, and convenience stores nearby and the apartment is a five minute walk to the Brown line and busses.
