I'm looking to have someone move into this apartment by October 1st until May 2022. It's a beautiful spacious studio, 1 bathroom apartment in Northwest Portland with the waterfront walkway right outside your door. The apartments are called Waterline apartments. I love this apartment and feel very safe in this neighborhood, but am leaving to pursue traveling dreams! First floor unit with a door to the hallway of the building, as well as a door out to the street. It's 495 square feet, has a washer and dryer in unit, heating & A/C, high ceilings, and concrete floors. There's a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven/stovetop, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The rent when I first got the apartment was listed at $999. I received a 2 month free special upon moving in, which I use a portion of each month to make the rent $885. I also have a parking space in the underground, gated parking garage that I pay $175 a month for. The deposit for the apartment was $500, which will be addressed and returned to the new lease holder once you move out so I am asking for the $500 deposit upon taking over the lease. I plan to get rid of some of the furniture and things in the unit so if you're interested in potentially buying those too, let me know! Please contact me with any questions!
