Utilities (gas, light, water, garbage) are included with the rent. This unit is also cat friendly. There is $40 background check fee (non-negotiable, but refundable if not chosen for the unit) and there are no application, pet or move-in fees. The security deposit is $1,000 (refundable depended on the condition of the unit). Landlord/Owner is responsible for making sure the utilities are paid and tenant need only concern themselves with rent and any additional utilities (i.e. internet). Security deposit and first month's rent are due when the lease agreement is signed. Lease can be either yearly or month-to-month (with a minimum of one year commitment). Rent by paid with cash, personal or cashier's check, or payment can be made by either Venmo or Zelle (after discussing it with landlord/owner).
