This house is a wonderful place to make a home. It is in great condition, and we hope that a tenant will have many happy memories here. We request that any tenant will respect the house and the conditions of the lease. All tenants will be treated with respect. Tenant may choose to keep the alarm system at cost to tenant. In order to qualify to rent this home, recent rental history, proof of income, and credit history will be collected through a Zillow application. The income requirements will be 3x the rent. Require renters insurance, this protects you as well (it is about $10-$15 a month.) *We will be showing the house TODAY January 2nd from 12:30-2:00PM (SUNDAY). This will be the final showing. Owner pays garbage. Tenant pays all utilities, and keeps up the lawn. No pets. Please no smoking inside the house. Tenant will be required to sign a formal lease. $150 cleaning fee will be assessed. We will require renter's insurance. It will cost about $10-$15 a month.
