The golf course with plenty of water runs past the back of the house and you can see the small lake 100 yards from the back of the house. Harbor town is the resort like center just a few blocks from the house. It features a 3 or 4 story blue waterslide and a pool that rivals those in Las Vegas. Sand Vollyball court, tennis courts, basketball courts all surround the pool and deck area that also overlooks the golf course. Inside is a restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness center and clubhouse. The schools are at the very top, and are so desirable that if you don't live in this zone you can't get in without extreme hardship. Stacks of applicants will be denied access to these schools, although schools in Hillsborough County are open choice these schools are not on the list of choices due to their AAA success and high desirability. Family oriented, Lutz is a place to raise the family with many sports programs and churches just a few miles away.
