All 10 buildings have new roofs, windows, screens and patio doors. In June of 2019, all 40 apartments received a complete interior renovation complete with granite counter tops, a washer/dryer combo (washes and dries all in one load), 2 inch faux wooden blinds, paint, carpet, and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Owner pays for water, trash and pest service; tenant pays for power.
