Common Areas: - Living room/Dining room with an amazing view of Downtown Portland. - Gourmet Kitchen: Designated space in a large family size SS French door refrigerator/freezer + your own private pantry space. Use of owner's common everyday dishes and everyday cookware. Viking gas range, Bosch dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and small toaster oven/air fryer also available for use. - Covered porch area off kitchen with a large dining table to have guests over for an outdoor meal during nice weather. - Bathroom with ample storage space + your own full size shower caddy. - Laundry is downstairs in a nicely finished basement area.
