This apartment is awesome. Literally, the only reason I am leaving it is because I am moving out of state. Apt Features: It's REALLY big. Rooms include: Living room, separate dining room, separate office, bedroom, kitchen, closet (which is almost a room in and of itself). Tons of storage--there is a big storage closet off the living room, the walk-in closet has a large amount of storage as well, and then there is storage in the back stairwell and the basement (this is currently where I have all my moving boxes and some power tools). Heat is included! Tons of light--the unit has 8 windows and is on the second floor of a 2 unit, single family home. Fenced in backyard to let your pets out into There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer but there is a washer/dryer in the basement that you do not have to go outside to access, which is nice in the winter time. Neighborhood Features: 5 min walk to the Irving Park Brown Line stop 3 minute walk to Begyle/Dovetail Brewing companies (Dovetail is literally on this street) 2 minute walk to 24 hour CVS 8-10 minute walk to Jewel 6 minute drive to Marianos 10 minute walk to Half Acre/the Northman The house has a garage and the landlord rents the spots, but I'm not sure for how much. I haven't rented any of them since living here. Looking for a sublesser from Oct/Nov to June of next year. I am moving out in October, likely by the 3rd week (maybe earlier), so there will be some time to get in to the unit before November 1st. The lease goes until June 1st, 2017 but likely can be extended after that. The landlord is very flexible. If I weren't moving I would definitely not be moving out of this apartment.
