Valley View Apartments feature spacious Two-Bedroom, One-Bath units. They all come with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, wrap around porches with a storage unit on the back deck. This unit has a stackable Washer/Dryer inside of it. We also have a Laundry room on site that is secured with a code. There is a picnic area in the front to enjoy nice summer days. Everyone gets one reserved parking spot, with plenty extra spots for guests. Tours are By Appointment only. Special- No Rent till April! -We offer 6 month lease terms. -Rent is $1600 and all residents pay a flat rate of $100 for Water/Sewer/Garbage monthly, so a -total of $1700. -Electric is paid by the tenant directly through Puget Sound Energy. -Deposit starts at ONE months rent, but can be higher depending on your screening and rental history. -We partner with a program called Rhino for Security Deposits as an option for less move-in costs for the new tenant. You do not have to use them, but it is an option. -We charge a $200 non-refundable fee upon moving in. -We allow pets, but have breed restrictions.
