Not only is this home well-built and super cute but it has upgrades where we seen at this price point. It is super good since construction with vinyl windows and upgraded insulation throughout. The kitchen as real wood cabinets with a backsplash that is a mixture of ceramic tile and other that goes all the way up to the cabinets. The walls are sheet rock tape and textured so this really feels like a "Home" from the minute you enter. Both bathrooms have solid fiberglass one piece tub showers with the master featuring a nice big garden tub.
