We are the current tenants who just purchased a house. We are looking for someone to assume the final 7 months or our lease beginning 1/1/2016 until 7/31/2016. You have the option to renew or negotiate a longer lease at the outset with the landlord. Landlord is the home owner and she has been wonderful to rent from. The house sits between Rittenhouse Square and Graduate Hospital on quiet Naudain Street. It is an amazing neighborhood with great neighbors. We wish we could stay, but it was time for us to purchase. So, please excuse some of the messiness in our photos as we are beginning the process of moving! You enter the home into a spacious eat-in kitchen with gas cooking. Continue through to the living room with a gas fireplace. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is extra closet space in the hall. The third floor could serve as a third bedroom with its own small bathroom, however, we use it as a second living room as it has access to a wonderful roof patio which is great for entertainment. The large patio has plenty of space for a grill, table, chairs and a garden. A spiral staircase leads to a large rooftop deck with amazing 360 degree views of Center City. The basement has a washer, dryer and room for storage. Home has security system. There is a parking garage around the corner. Rent is $2500 a month. Tenant pays electricity, gas and water. First, last and a 1 month security deposit for a total of $7500 will be required to move in. A 7 month lease will be provided by the landlord unless a longer term is negotiated. All checks will be made payable to the landlord. Also, since we are moving there may be the option to purchase a couple things such as deck furniture, the grill and other furniture. This is a 7 month lease with option to renew.
