    Hi, I'm looking for 1 female roommate to join me in a fully furnished 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse in Rogers Park. Lease is through a private landlord (my Aunt) and 1 bedroom is a guest bedroom so you'd just be sharing the townhouse with me. This is for 1 fully furnished queen sized bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The entire townhouse is furnished so all you would need to bring is yourself and what you'd like in the room. A TV would be great for the living room as the current roommate is taking theirs but not a big deal if we don't have one in the living room. The bedrooms are on the upper level, the kitchen, dining room, living room, half-bath, and courtyard are on the main level, and free laundry is in the basement. Flexible move-in date, no earlier than May 31s - Ideal move in: May 31 or mid June (I'll be on vacation from June 1 15) - Rent: $1,000/month including all utilities and internet There is an extra fee for a monthly cleaning service ($100/month) Deposit: One month's rent **About the Room & Apartment** - Large, fully furnished bedroom with queen bed, dresser, and nightstand - Juliet balcony and spacious walk in closet (can double as a home office) - Private bathroom (yours to use; shared only when guests stay overnight) - Central heat/AC, dishwasher, and in unit washer & dryer - Half bath on the main floor - Backyard with a fire pit - **Street parking available** - Only thing missing: a TV for the living room (feel free to bring or share one) Location - **1 block from Rogers Park Metra Station** - About 0.8 miles from Morse & Howard CTA stations - Quiet, residential area in Rogers Park with easy access to the lake and city transit About Me I'm a 36 year old MSW grad student and licensed massage therapist. My schedule is busy with my remote internship, classes, and work, so I usually spend my downtime studying or relaxing quietly in my room. I value a peaceful, tidy home and a respectful shared living environment. I'm WFH Monday-Thursday and go into the office on Friday and Saturday. I currently have one cat, Nike (leaving mid June), and I'll be fostering cats and dogs through One Tail At A Time, so you'll need to be comfortable living with foster animals. Roommate Fit & Preferences: -Clean, respectful, and responsible about shared spaces -You were born between 1978-1996 -Steady income(professional or student with verifiable income) -Values a calm, quiet home, no frequent parties or loud gatherings -Smoking/vaping allowed outside in the courtyard only; no smoking or vaping inside -Fosters and pets: must be okay with cats and dogs (no dogs of your own, but cats are welcome) - You're an early bird or not a night owl, the HOA has a quiet hour policy from 10 PM 6 AM -Communicative and considerate about boundaries, shared expectations, and advance notice on overnight guests INTERESTED? REPLY with a little bit about yourself, including age, what you're looking for in a roommate, and your top 3 values. One year lease (flexible start with an end date of June or July 2027), all utilities and internet are included. Payment would be directly to landlord.
