Lease is through a private landlord (my Aunt) and 1 bedroom is a guest bedroom so you'd just be sharing the townhouse with me. This is for 1 fully furnished queen sized bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The entire townhouse is furnished so all you would need to bring is yourself and what you'd like in the room. A TV would be great for the living room as the current roommate is taking theirs but not a big deal if we don't have one in the living room. The bedrooms are on the upper level, the kitchen, dining room, living room, half-bath, and courtyard are on the main level, and free laundry is in the basement.
