The parking fee is included in the total amount and 2 parking passes will be left in the property. These passes must be completely filled out and placed in your vehicle once you arrive. No additional passes are available. In addition to the beautiful accommodations, Gulf Shores offers a variety of attractions and activities. Explore local dining, shopping, and entertainment options, or embark on outdoor adventures like fishing, kayaking, and hiking in nearby nature reserves. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Little Lagoon Cottage provides the perfect home base for your Gulf Shores getaway. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside the property. A traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. We don't provide beach towels. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
