Application is $75/pp, a one time administrative fee of $200 to take the unit off the market. Parking is $200/month for 1 car, or $250 a month for a second car. The spots are indoor, heated & reserved. There is also outdoor parking 1 block down for $75/month--reserved spot. We allow two pets per apartment (cats and dogs only). Dogs must be under 75lbs (adult weight) and no aggressive breeds*. There is an up front $350 pet fee per pet and monthly pet premium ($25 per cat and $35 per dog). Residents must provide a picture of the pet, vaccine record and have renters insurance for approval. In lieu of a security deposit, there is a one-time fee of $175 for 1 bedrooms or $262.50 for 2 bedrooms, for a surety bond that protects against damages. The Surety bond, pet fee's (if applicable), and first month rent are paid upon move-in. The only things paid upfront are the $75/pp application fee, & $200 administrative hold fee (which is refunded if a person is denied for any reason). There is a fixed utility package that covers heat, air, gas, water, trash & sewage for $88/month for 1 bedrooms & $98/month for 2 bedrooms. Cable & Internet is available through Comcast. Second bedroom has a soft-loft. 12 month lease
