    A nice property located just 10min walk from Southfield's city center's pool and tennis courts. You can rent the full house or just as many rooms as you might need. Washer and Dryer are downstairs. We do have a couple full size beds and dining table in case you need it ... There is a refrigerator and an electric stove. Roof is in great shape. Furnance and A/C work fine. Carpet in the bedrooms and green/grey wood vinly flooring in the high traffic areas like kitchen and living room. There is one bonus room upstairs, as well as a formal dining room, and a living room. There is a fireplace but we don't use it as it's never been inspected. The downstairs and the bonus room have their own entrances. The garage fits two cars. Pets can be accomodated, such as cats and dogs but require an additional 100 dollars per month per pet. The initial lease is for one year. After that we're offering month to month lease. Rent is due on the first of each month with a 35.00 penalty for any rent after the 5th of the month. Renter pays all utilities. Security Deposit is 3750. 2500 is first month's rent due on move in day. No cigarette or tobacco smoke allowed in the upstairs of the house. 420 ok. Twice Annual inspection of the full premises with at least a 14 day notice. Full Downstairs access can be negotiated but access to the washer and dryer downstairs are absolutely included. Bonus room is 100% accessible to you. Garage is 100% accessible to you. At any time you must give 30 days notice of intent to vacate or else risk loosing your deposit. From April till October, you must keep yard tidy, bushes trimmed and grass cut beneath 12 inches, if not, we will charge 150.00 a month yard upkeep fee appended to the monthly rent and due with the monthly rent. We don't provide any yard upkeep tools at the house. Landlord is responsible for furnace, a/c unit, and any structural issues and leaks. Tenant is responsible for anything else. We charge a non-refundable 200 cleaning fee.
