Hello, I am subleasing my one-bedroom apartment while I am on sabbatical during the next academic year. The apartment is on the top floor of a two-story building; it faces the west and is generally very bright. The apartment has an upgraded eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. The apartment is furnished with all the necessary items for a cozy living experience, including kitchen appliances and dishes and bedroom linen; living room includes a sitting area with a TV set and a home office area. It would be best for someone who moves in with suitcase. It can also accommodate a couple if you don't have a lot of things to move in. The community facilities include a gym with a pool, a lounging area with free breakfast and coffee. The building is surrounded by lots of trees in a quiet community with a small park for daily joggling and barbeque. Food Produce Station is within 5-min walking distance, where you can get some food supplies. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are also in bikable distance (or a long walking distance). There is a shuttle bus going to campus or you can walk or bike to campus as you wish. There is a fee of $8 for trash and a fee of $35-45 for water that will be added up to the rent. There are lots of parking slots around. There is also a carport with a cover if you wish to rent one for $20 per month.
This property is not currently displayed as for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's on other websites or public sources.
