The area has nice walking/hiking trails and parks maintained by the HOA. 3.8 mi (8 min drive) to UCR 6.1 mi (13 min drive) to LLU 6.6 mi (14 min drive) to ARMC Shared spaces include: Spacious open floor plan living room with new couch set, area rug, LG 75in flat screen TV, modern entertainment center. Kitchen with a large quartz countertop island and new microwave, oven, dishwasher, Samsung refrigerator and walk-in pantry for plenty of storage. Laundry room with new Samsung washer and dryer. Fenced in backyard space along the perimeter of the home with newly built patio lounge area. About the room rental: Single occupancy only. Must be okay living with small dogs. I (female) and another female housemate currently live in the home. Both professional, working, clean and respectful housemates. Bedroom 1: I live in this room, I'm the homeowner.
