Rent is $875 plus a $50 per month fee which covers all utilities, Wi-Fi internet, common area/yard cleaning and maintenance, and off-street parking. Laundry onsite is $1 per wash/$1 per dry. Other things to note: - $875 security deposit - Apartment is garden level (basement) - Limit 1 person - No pets allowed - Lease is month-to-month - I (owner) live onsite, directly above this apartment.
