This also features two separate sinks--one on each side--which enables two people to simultaneously get things done and in front a mirror as needed. Please know that every adult renter (18 and over) *must* complete, sign, and submit an application along with a $25 application fee. And to be approved, each adult renter should have a 700 or higher credit score to go along with a verifiable combined income that totals at least three times the rent ($6,600/month). Other application considerations can also impact your approval or the amount of the security deposit, such as rental history and references, employment history, and time with your current company.
