Neighborhood Description Neighborhood is friendly. There's a block security group. Hersh's great refurbished market is on corner at 19th. The 19th St. Theater District is close, also two full service or self serve gas stations, and many other small stores. House is just a mile or two to 22 entrance, and it's a short drive up Tilghman to Giant, Wegman's, MacDonald's, close to Trexler Park, Dorney, Cedar Crest, 309, Target, even MacArthur. It's a pretty neighborhood, peaceful and safe. Neighbornood houses are well kept. There are many trees. Voting is just kitty corner to back yard, and never has long lines. Kids on block are well behaved, polite. There's city garbage pick-up twick a week plus recycling. You only have to ask anyone for help. If I could keep up the house, I'd stay.
