It is the perfect location for someone wanting to easily enjoy the highlights of Seattle during the day, and have their own private space at night. I would like to rent the unit furnished. After the first month, I am asking for 2 weeks notice if you want to move out and I will refund back any rent on a per-diem basis to give you added flexibility. I am asking $2,000 per month inclusive of all utilities and internet. The house is totally stocked and ready to go with 1 furnished bedroom with brand new queen size bed and a stocked kitchen. Anyone wanting a longer term will be given priority. I am happy to be flexible with your situation, just let me know and I will try to work something out. I am also open to renting the house unfurnished if you would prefer but that will get a lower priority. According to the city of Seattle, my requirements for the applicants are to have excellent credit scores and verifiable income. That being said, I am happy to look into specific situation. THE SPACE: This home is the lower unit of a duplex-style house and features a private entrance through the back garden. Full kitchen, lots of light, with 1 bedroom and 3/4 bath as well as a large patio. With a brand new queen size bed in the bedroom, this house will very comfortably fit 2 guests. There is also a pull out sofa that can turn into a double sized bed in the living room. Note that there is NO dishwasher machine in the unit. AMENITIES: Amenities like fresh towels and linens are provided. You also have access to high speed internet, a Roku and Netflix during your stay. LIVING/DINING ROOMS: There is a living room equipped with a TV and Netflix access, but there is no separate dining room. LAUNDRY: The only space shared is the laundry room, which is also secured with a lock for privacy. The rental is inclusive of all utilities. The length is flexible with minimum of 1 month
