Property Details: This is a private ADU with a separate entrance. Owner/Landlord lives in front main house. Utilities: Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant is responsible for electricity and internet service. Rent & Deposit: Rent is due on the 1st of each month by no later than 10:00 AM. First month's rent and a security deposit are required prior to move-in. A reasonable late fee will be applied for unpaid rent. Occupancy & Policies: Maximum of 3 occupants.
