No pets allowed. 1st month rent free (minimum 1 year lease required). Tenant pay last month rent and $2000 Security Deposit upfront. Security Deposit will be returned after one week of Tenant moved out. House inspection will be done and any cost of damage will be deducted from Security Deposit.
