The available room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. All 4 tenants share a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The house comes with parking for each tenant, and with readily available visitor parking. The room is $800/month, plus utilities and WiFi (which usually come out to around $80 per person per month when there are 4 tenants). The photos really don t do justice to the space.
