Ceiling fans, AC/heater combo (220volt), full XL mattress, good closet space and extra-large dresser drawers. Utilities (gas, electric, & water) are also included. $2000 security deposit required (fully credited towards last month's rent if you give the proper 30 days' notice). As this is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is adjacent to my own residence, I am ONLY seeking tenants who will respect the quiet hours of the property. I also have a STRICT policy that this is a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property (including no smoking, vaping, or cannabis). NON-SMOKERS ONLY!
