Lease Term: The lease shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, commencing on the agreed start date, unless otherwise modified in writing and signed by both parties. 2. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Tenant shall properly dispose of all smoking materials and is responsible for any damage or fire risk caused by improper disposal. 3. Parking: Tenant shall park vehicles only in designated areas.
