This is a recreational community. Everybody owns a little slice of heaven. You can ride an ATV on the trails or around the facility. This is a short term rental that includes utilities. We have a rec hall and a swimming pool. There are some planned activities for a little fee. This is a recreational facility that's only open 10 months out of the year. So we are trying to rent this to nurses or other professionals.
