Every floor has it's own kitchen and bathroom so this house can be split up between your area and rental space. Beautiful views of the Gunstock Ski Mountain out the back windows. If you love Skiing or boating during the day then barbeques and campfires at night this area is for you. 4th of July they do firework all over the lake on different nights and in the winter the ski mountain trails are lit up for night skiing till 10 or so.
