The Rocky Broad River is across the street, Chimney Rock State Park is in the back yard! We are 30 minutes from Hendersonville and 40 minutes to Downtown Asheville. This unit is a successful vacation rental. During Covid we hosted several couples for longer term stays. Turns out we like having longer term tenants as opposed to nightly The unit is in excellent condition. The kitchen was updated with granite counter tops in 2018 as well as a total bath remodel and new windows. The home is furnished with quality furnishings. We are 5 star Superhosts hosts on AirBnB.
