I have a room for rent in a big house on a country setting. I'm looking for a male roommates only. I currently live at the property. I have multiple rooms to rent with full use of the house. There's no laundry currently available, but there's a laundry mat across the street from the house. I'll be purchasing a washer dryer around feb-march. There's a pool table and 30' above ground pool. You must have a job and references. 1st and last month rent is needed. You can share a full bathroom upstairs or have your own private full bath on the 1st floor. The house is clean but not perfect.
