Open house Saturday, June 30 from 2-4 pm. Beautiful house on a quiet dead end street with restored oak floors and a large, private deck. While the yard was tiny, it meant that we weren't burdened with mowing all summer, or raking in the fall. We were just a block away from the park. Warm, cozy winter evenings sitting by the fireplace with the family, watching the snowfall through the deck double doors. We didn't get to do all the improvements we wanted to, but in 12 years we made it strong with a new roof, gutters, steps, sidewalks, furnace, electric box, & fenced in yard. It's a good solid home, at a great price. We hope the new owners will see this special home for its potential and love it as much as we did.
