The house is a true renovated cabin, It has all modern appliances, but requires some winter mountain knowledge and mountain love to live in comfortably. A 4x4 or all wheel car with high clearance is an absolute must. Renter must be comfortable navigating mountain roads in winter. Rent includes water, sewer, and internet. It does NOT include heat, electric, and trash. Pets will be considered. This house is perfect for a couple looking for a short term rental or someone looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat for the winter. The cabin backs up to national forest with miles of trails and stunning views of Longs Peak and the divide. Owner pays water, sewer, and internet. Renter pays heat, electric, and trash (optional).
