My wife and I are looking to sublease our apartment in the beautiful Golden area. The move in date is flexible with November rent being paid - we will be completely out and are paying to have it cleaned professionally before your move in date. The lease goes until May with the option to renew at any time. The apartment is ground level, has a large master bedroom w/ walk in closet, and a smaller room that can be used as a bedroom or den. There is an attached garage, free lot parking, and large covered porch. In unit washer and dryer, gas fireplace, stainless appliances, dishwasher, pool, fitness center, and dog park. We are directly in front of South Table Mountain with access to tons of trails, breweries, restaurants, and Colorado Mills mall. Its a 5 minute drive to downtown Golden and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Furniture not included, but willing to make exceptions. We are in love with the place but are moving back home to be closer to family and friends. You would just need to pay a small application fee, small deposit, and must sign a sublease agreement. We can do tours and send as many pictures as you would like. We would offer to pay the deposit if you are very interested only. Tenant pays all utilities not including trash.
