    3BR, 1.5BA, finished basement, backyard! Rent my house! It's a very cute little rowhome. Location wise, even though it's NW, it's very accessible to the rest of the city. Buses are the main mode of public transportation and there are many stops around the house. Access to Fairmount park (including playgrounds, a public pool, and wooded walking trails) is 3 or 4 blocks from the house. Brewerytown is extremely close. That's where most of the restaurants and coffee shops are. There's also an Aldi there! If you drive: It's a narrow one way with street parking and you can pretty much park anywhere for however long you want. I've never even seen a PPA person out here. There are hardly even signs. Additionally, there's always a space to park. People are respectful and mind their own. So it's very chill in that regard. The photos above are of different phases of the house's time being lived in, so my apologies about the lack of them. All of the furniture will be removed and the house will be cleaned and good as new. I can only put 10 photos in so I didn't include the primary bedroom- happy to send photos of that. Asking $1,700 plus utilities for the whole house. There is plenty of space to split the house up between roommates. Currently there is a queen bed in the finished basement, a king in the primary, as well as a twin bed in one of the smaller two rooms. All rooms have dresser space and 2 of them have closet space. The basement has its own half bath (photos above). ALL APPLIANCES are basically brand new minus the light use I've put on them the past 3 years. The washer and dryer are awesome. The sink/shower water stays warm and the heat and AC work really well. Water pressure is great. Washer and dryer are awesome and live in the basement in a not-spooky back room. I bought this house a few years ago and I'm moving into my partners home. That's truly the only reason I'm moving!
