The only unit that removed a wall for a more open floor plan and an extended extra large bedroom closet. Completely redone in 2018 with European cabinets, penny tile, beautiful laminate floors, a custom electric fireplace and great small-space design features. Owner who designed the remodel LOVES to cook- so it is the BEST kitchen possible in this size of a unit...corner cabinets with lazy susans, full refrigerator, DW, nice-sized single bowl modern sink and faucet, etc. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Renting it fully furnished- artwork, kitchen/dining, everything is available. Main floor living so no need to use the elevator when bringing in skis, bike, groceries, etc. The Peloton bike in some photos is NOT included. :) The unit does not have built in AC, but we have a powerful portable unit we use in the summer that we will offer to our renter and will install it when needed, and store it when not needed. The heat throughout the condo in cold months works beautifully. While we LOVE animals, the HOA does not allow renters to have pets- not negotiable. The Carriage House building has a nice outdoor pool and indoor hottub, open year-round, also with a community gas grill. Free permitted parking in main lot as well as surrounding parking lots and underground parking available. Location is amazing. Walking distance to AWESOME restaurants and bars: The Grub Steak, Fuego, Freshie's, Salt Box, El Chubasco, Sammy's, The Boneyard, Windy Ridge Cafe...even the back-door Sheraton Hotel's bar and restaurant (Timber's) is awesome! And The RAIL TRAIL and Prospector and Freemason trails in our backyard can NOT be beat. Walk 50 steps and you're on a huge Park City trail system- summer and winter! All Carriage House doors are managed through a code system, as well as the condo unit door, which is NICE to not have to carry keys when you are coming and going! Monthly rent includes: rent, HOA fees, Xfinity cable and high-speed internet (works great!), water. Monthly rent also includes up to $100 per month of electric bill which owners will keep in our name. Can provide monthly averages which are typically less than $100. Entire building is NON-SMOKING. Not even on balconies or right outside exterior doors. We prefer a single person (due to the size of the unit) with good references, etc. We will be doing background and credit checks. We are looking for a 12-month lease. Owners live locally in the area so will be very available and hands-on for any issues that may arise.
