I'll be in second bedroom with my own bathroom. Awesome freeway access. Wifi and electricity is included in rent price. Renters bedroom newly painted and features private: walk in shower (with new 6 setting shower head), bathroom, walk in closet, ceiling fan. Shared areas with myself include kitchen, family room, dining room, balcony. Washer/dryer and dishwasher is in unit and new ceiling fans in all rooms. I'm non-smoker and no smoking in apartment or balcony. I'm also drug free and expect same. $15 online background check required (I've completed a background check also to share which is clean). I do month to month lease. Asking $965 rent per month + $620 deposit due at move in. About me: Work fulltime sales in a retail store, male, 47 years old, like to run, play basketball, travel and hockey fan. I'm open to all ages (18+). I'm pretty clean and vacuum etc once a week.
