Smoking & Substance Policy No smoking inside the home (designated outdoor area only, if permitted). No illegal substances. Alcohol use must not disturb other residents. 3. Cleanliness & Shared Areas Residents must keep personal areas clean. Shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room) must be cleaned after use. No major alterations to rooms without permission. 8. Financial & Agreement Compliance Rent due date clearly stated (example: 1st of each month). Late fee policy (if applicable).
