Renter's Insurance Required Applicant has the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in HB 23-109, Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides a PTSR, PH Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for PH Apartments to access or use the PTSR. PH Apartments may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Residents can also opt into our Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for just $31.95 per month. This optional package includes liability insurance, credit-building opportunities to help improve your score with on-time rent payments, identity theft protection of up to $1 million, a move-in concierge service to assist with utility setup, an exclusive resident rewards program, and more.
