One off street parking spot. Small Washer and Dryer in the unit, but access to larger washer and dryer upstairs for bedding and large items. No pets or service animals due to a current family pet. We have an HOA, so only one vehicle and probably best suited for an individual. A family of five lives on the main level and upstairs (hence the cheap rent).
