Each and every pet must be pre-approved in advance in writing. No loud nor aggressive dogs. There is a key-entry gate to property, with NO buzzer, to get in. Any visitor must call or text you personally. [For liability reasons, it is not a high-security property.] It has a new heater. There is no air conditioning. 12 month minimum agreement, then month to month. (Sorry, but no showings between Dec 17 -2 7th) Thanks! Jim & Fred Owner pays for water and refuse collection.
