Private home very close to Wrightsville Beach. This posting is for ONE ROOM inside a shared four-bedroom home. You would be sharing a kitchen and living area. The bedroom has its own private bathroom. This home is in a wooded area close to everything! Right behind Lumina Station and right beside Wrightsville Manor and Gardens. You can walk to Harris Teeter, out to dinner, hardware store, etc. I am renting this home BY THE ROOM and have one room available. The room is $675 month. Only one person occupancy per room. No more than one person in room! Utilities are included EXCEPT internet and duke progress electric bill. Deposit amount will be equivalent to your monthly rent and there will be a $125.00 move out cleaning fee that has to be pre-paid. The deposit cannot be used for the last month rent. I do bank draft only for rent or some type of recurring monthly payment. If you are not okay with a bank draft, please do not apply. The kitchen is shared and there are laundry facilities in the garage. No pets allowed. Please do not ask. There are no exceptions to the no pet. Available April 15th. The maximum number of tenants in the home will not exceed four people. I am looking for grad students or young professionals who live a quiet lifestyle. This is a non-smoking property. Bedrooms have refinished hard wood floors. Each tenant has a private parking space. Please do not knock-on door to see property without an appointment. Feel free to drive by and have a look! I normally do six month lease agreements. I charge a cleaning fee semi-annually of $75.00 for the entire house to have a good cleaning. This is done in December and May.
