A couple of prime areas nearby are The Westfield Topanga mall just 13 minutes away, Northridge Fashion Center 12 minutes away, Pierce College 9 minutes away, and CSUN 18 minutes away just to name a few. This is a one year lease, all utilities included in the rent amount. Our home is 4/20 friendly however, smoking is only permitted outside or on the patio. No smoking of any kind inside the home. There is plenty of street parking and a couple of open parking spots in the back of the complex.
