Great open feeling close to town but with an out of town feel. ..it needs a whole new foundation (quoted by several 35,000 - 45,000) Needs new roof (quoted 12,000) needs updated bathroom.. it is worth viewing if you have the time skill or money to make this your dream cottage feel getaway.
