This is a Saylor Custom Homes build that was completed September 2019. Cam lighting throughout the entire house, with ceiling fans in all four bedrooms (plus one on the back patio). There is matching granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. All kitchen appliances are stainless steal and they were bought May 2017 from the local appliance store in Graham. The house has a tank-less hot water heater, so you can use the soaker tub in the master bathroom or take long showers without having to worry about running out of hot water. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with custom his and her shoe boxes (well in our case I use both since I have so many shoes) and shelves above the clothes for storage space; this house has plenty of closet space between all the closets in the bedrooms and the entry way coat closet. Two of the bedrooms and above the fireplace are wall mounts professionally done by a company here in Graham. The stove, tank-less hot water heater, and the fireplace use propane (which we have set up on a monthly service). When the house was built all exterior walls and the attic were sprayed with spray foam insulation; this helps keep our electric bill under $200 each month. The attic over the house is also separated by a wall with door access from the section over the house and the section over the garage, and the section of attic over the garage has plywood put down for storage space. The garage is larger than most two car garages, we can fit both my Durango my husbands full size pickup in there along with our sons full size four wheeler, a refrigerator, lawn equipment, fishing and hunting gear, and our child's outdoor toys. Although this house is within the city limits of Graham, you still have gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and critters that come to visit. There will be only two houses on this road, all other lots have been bought by a private buyers so that he could keep the land undeveloped. Not only do we have awesome neighbors next door to us, but we have a yearly neighborhood get together with residence in our subdivision, and we also try to do a monthly ladies Pokeno night. This is a tight knit community with amazing neighbors.
