It currently has a "widowmaker" tree leaning on it and it suffered the same termite infestation as the house. If I or anyone else lists this place for sale without having completely cleared the lot and built a new house or mentioned the above facts, they are committing a crime. Current valuation is negative because none of the substantial fixes can be made prior to the mortgage being settled.
