The interior is bright and airy, boasting a huge cook's kitchen, large sunny windows, and an oversized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you'll find large mature trees, multiple paverstone patios, and an oversized garage ideal for storing all your summer or winter gear. While the home does not have a central A/C system, it is equipped with a portable A/C unit that helps cool things down during the few warmer weeks of summer. It's surprisingly effective for the space. We also recommend a local trick we call "western air conditioning": close the blinds during the day and open the windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air for an incredible night's sleep. Our prime location offers unparalleled access to year-round adventures and stunning natural beauty. In the winter, enjoy easy access to Grand Targhee Resort via Ski Hill Road for world-class skiing and snowboarding. The home is also close to the town of Driggs, where you can find a variety of dining and shopping options. It serves as an incredible basecamp for exploring Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and a scenic drive over Teton Pass takes you to the iconic Jackson Hole. During the summer months, Teton Valley transforms into a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore miles of scenic trails on your mountain bike, cast a line in world-class fishing spots, and enjoy live music events that bring the community together. Experience the serenity of floating down the beautiful Teton River, discover stunning landscapes on horseback, and take in breathtaking views with a scenic chairlift ride at Grand Targhee Resort. This is the primary house and there is a 1-bedroom loft above the garage that is also a vacation rental. The backyard is split into two with a privacy fence and the other unit has a separate parking space and private entrance. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to preserve the dark skies, and drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules, and mistreatment of the hot tub. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
